تنظم هذه الشروط استخدام منصة مُلتقى ودليل المهنيين فيها.
These terms govern the use of the Multaqa platform and its directory of professionals.
קבלת התנאים
השימוש בפלטפורמת مُلتقى כפוף לתנאי שימוש אלה. המשך השימוש באתר מהווה הסכמה לתנאים ולמדיניות הפרטיות.
قبول الشروط
يخضع استخدام منصة مُلتقى لشروط الاستخدام هذه. ويُعد استمرار استخدام الموقع موافقةً على الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية.
Acceptance of Terms
Use of the Multaqa platform is subject to these Terms of Use. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of these terms and the Privacy Policy.
מטרת הפלטפורמה
مُلتقى הוא מאגר מידע המחבר בין פונים לבין אנשי מקצוע בתחום בריאות הנפש. הפלטפורמה אינה מעניקה טיפול, אבחון, ייעוץ רפואי או פסיכולוגי, ואינה מחליפה פנייה לאיש מקצוע מוסמך.
هدف المنصة
مُلتقى هو دليل معلومات يربط المتوجهين بالمهنيين في مجال الصحة النفسية. لا تقدم المنصة علاجًا أو تشخيصًا أو استشارة طبية أو نفسية، ولا تغني عن التوجه إلى مهني مؤهل.
Purpose of the Platform
Multaqa is an information directory connecting individuals with mental health professionals. The platform does not provide treatment, diagnosis, or medical or psychological advice, and is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional.
מצבי חירום
במקרה של סכנה מיידית, משבר נפשי חריף או חשש לפגיעה בעצמך או באחרים, אין להסתמך על הפלטפורמה. יש לפנות מיד לשירותי החירום או לגורם מקצועי מתאים.
حالات الطوارئ
في حال وجود خطر فوري، أو أزمة نفسية حادة، أو خشية من إيذاء النفس أو الآخرين، لا يجوز الاعتماد على المنصة. يُرجى التوجه فورًا إلى خدمات الطوارئ أو إلى جهة مهنية مناسبة.
Emergencies
In case of immediate danger, acute mental crisis, or concern about harm to yourself or others, do not rely on the platform. Contact emergency services or an appropriate professional immediately.
מידע על אנשי מקצוע ואחריות לשירות
האתר מציג נתונים אודות מטפלים שנרשמו לאתר, כפי שהמטפלים הזינו אותם. אנשי המקצוע אחראים לנכונות, לעדכניות ולחוקיות המידע בפרופיליהם, לרבות פרטי קשר, ניסיון, התמחות ורישיונות. مُلتقى רשאית לבדוק מסמכים ולנהל את הופעתם במאגר, אך אינה מתחייבת לשלמות המידע, להתאמתו לצורכי כל פונה או לטיב השירות של המטפלים.
معلومات المهنيين والمسؤولية عن الخدمة
يعرض الموقع بيانات عن المهنيين المسجلين فيه كما أدخلوها بأنفسهم. ويتحمل المهنيون مسؤولية صحة معلومات ملفاتهم وحداثتها وقانونيتها، بما في ذلك بيانات الاتصال والخبرة والتخصص والتراخيص. قد تراجع مُلتقى المستندات وتدير ظهور الملفات في الدليل، لكنها لا تضمن اكتمال المعلومات أو ملاءمتها لاحتياجات كل متوجه أو جودة خدمات المهنيين.
Professional Information and Service Responsibility
The site displays information about registered professionals as they entered it. Professionals are responsible for the accuracy, currency, and legality of their profile information, including contact details, experience, specialties, and licenses. Multaqa may review documents and manage listings, but does not guarantee the completeness of the information, its suitability for each individual, or the quality of professionals' services.
קשר בין פונים לאנשי מקצוע
הפנייה לאיש מקצוע והתקשרות עמו נעשות ישירות ובאחריות הצדדים בלבד. مُلتقى אינה צד להסכם טיפולי, לתשלום, לקביעת תורים או לתוצאה של שירות הניתן על ידי איש המקצוע.
التواصل بين المتوجهين والمهنيين
يتم التوجه إلى المهني والتعاقد معه بصورة مباشرة وعلى مسؤولية الأطراف فقط. لا تكون مُلتقى طرفًا في أي اتفاق علاجي أو دفع أو حجز مواعيد أو في نتائج الخدمة التي يقدمها المهني.
Contact Between Individuals and Professionals
Contacting and engaging a professional is done directly and solely at the parties' own responsibility. Multaqa is not a party to any treatment agreement, payment, appointment scheduling, or the outcome of services provided by the professional.
גיל משתמשים וקטינים
השימוש בפלטפורמה מיועד לבני 18 ומעלה. פנייה בשם קטין תיעשה רק על ידי הורה או אפוטרופוס ובהיקף הנדרש לקביעת פגישה. אין למסור באמצעות הפלטפורמה מידע מזהה על קטינים מעבר לכך.
عمر المستخدمين والقاصرون
استخدام المنصة مخصص لمن هم في سن 18 عامًا فما فوق. لا يجوز التواصل باسم قاصر إلا من قبل ولي أمر أو وصي وبالقدر اللازم لتحديد موعد. ويُحظر تقديم معلومات تعريفية عن القاصرين عبر المنصة بما يتجاوز ذلك.
User Age and Minors
The platform is intended for users aged 18 and over. Contact on behalf of a minor may be made only by a parent or guardian, and only to the extent needed to schedule an appointment. Identifying information about minors beyond that must not be submitted through the platform.
תכנים אינם תחליף לייעוץ מקצועי
התכנים והמידע בפלטפורמה נועדו למידע כללי בלבד ואינם מהווים ייעוץ מקצועי, רפואי, פסיכולוגי או משפטי. אין להסתמך עליהם לצורך אבחון, טיפול או קבלת החלטה אישית.
المحتوى ليس بديلًا عن الاستشارة المهنية
المحتوى والمعلومات في المنصة مخصصان للمعلومات العامة فقط ولا يشكلان استشارة مهنية أو طبية أو نفسية أو قانونية. ولا يجوز الاعتماد عليهما للتشخيص أو العلاج أو اتخاذ قرار شخصي.

Content and information on the platform are for general information only and do not constitute professional, medical, psychological, or legal advice. They must not be relied upon for diagnosis, treatment, or personal decisions.
שימוש מותר ופניות בתום לב
אין להשתמש בפלטפורמה לרעה, למסור מידע מטעה, לפגוע בפרטיות אחרים, להעלות תוכן בלתי חוקי, לנסות לעקוף אמצעי אבטחה או לבצע פעולה העלולה לפגוע בפעילות הפלטפורמה. פניות לאנשי מקצוע ייעשו בתום לב, עם פרטים נכונים, וללא פניות סרק, הטרדה או ניצול לרעה של טופס הקשר.
الاستخدام المسموح والتواصل بحسن نية
يُحظر إساءة استخدام المنصة أو تقديم معلومات مضللة أو انتهاك خصوصية الآخرين أو تحميل محتوى غير قانوني أو محاولة تجاوز تدابير الأمان أو القيام بأي عمل قد يضر بنشاط المنصة. يجب أن يتم التواصل مع المهنيين بحسن نية وبمعلومات صحيحة، ومن دون طلبات عبثية أو مضايقة أو إساءة استخدام نموذج التواصل.
Permitted Use and Good-Faith Contact
Misusing the platform, providing misleading information, violating others' privacy, uploading unlawful content, attempting to bypass security measures, or any action that may harm the platform's operation is prohibited. Contact with professionals must be made in good faith, with accurate details, and without spam, harassment, or misuse of the contact form.
קניין רוחני
התוכן, העיצוב, השם והסימנים של مُلتقى מוגנים בזכויות קניין רוחני. אין להעתיק, להפיץ או לעשות בהם שימוש מסחרי ללא אישור מראש.
الملكية الفكرية
المحتوى والتصميم والاسم والعلامات الخاصة بـمُلتقى محمية بحقوق الملكية الفكرية. يُحظر نسخها أو توزيعها أو استخدامها تجاريًا من دون موافقة مسبقة.
Intellectual Property
Multaqa's content, design, name, and marks are protected by intellectual property rights. They may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without prior permission.
שירותים כפי שהם והגבלת אחריות
הפלטפורמה ניתנת כפי שהיא (AS IS), ללא התחייבות לזמינות, לרציפות, לשלמות או לדיוק המידע. בכפוף לדין החל, مُلتقى לא תהיה אחראית לנזק ישיר או עקיף הנובע משימוש בפלטפורמה, מהסתמכות על מידע במאגר או מהתקשרות עם איש מקצוע.
الخدمات كما هي وحدود المسؤولية
تُقدم المنصة كما هي (AS IS)، من دون التزام بالتوافر أو الاستمرارية أو اكتمال المعلومات أو دقتها. ووفقًا للقانون الساري، لا تتحمل مُلتقى مسؤولية أي ضرر مباشر أو غير مباشر ينشأ عن استخدام المنصة أو الاعتماد على معلومات الدليل أو التواصل مع مهني.
Services As Is and Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided AS IS, without any commitment to availability, continuity, completeness, or accuracy of information. Subject to applicable law, Multaqa is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from use of the platform, reliance on directory information, or engagement with a professional.
שינויים וסיום שימוש
מُلتقى רשאית לעדכן תנאים אלה, להשעות או להסיר פרופילים ותכנים המפרים אותם או את הדין. תאריך העדכון האחרון מופיע להלן.
التعديلات وإنهاء الاستخدام
يجوز لـمُلتقى تحديث هذه الشروط أو تعليق أو إزالة الملفات والمحتوى المخالف لها أو للقانون. يظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أدناه.
Changes and Termination of Use
Multaqa may update these terms and suspend or remove profiles and content that violate them or the law. The date of the last update appears above.
מדיניות ביטולים
ניתן לבטל מנוי בכל עת ולמחוק את החשבון דרך האתר, באמצעות לוח הניהול האישי.
سياسة الإلغاء
يمكن إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت وحذف الحساب عبر الموقع، من خلال لوحة الإدارة الشخصية.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time and delete your account through the site, via your personal dashboard.
מדיניות החזרים
ביטול המנוי אינו כרוך בדמי ביטול. אם חלפו יותר מ-14 ימים ממועד העסקה, ייתכנו דמי החזר של עד כ-5% מסכום העסקה.
سياسة الاسترداد
لا تُفرض أي رسوم على إلغاء الاشتراك. إذا مرّ أكثر من 14 يومًا على تاريخ المعاملة، قد تُفرض رسوم استرداد تصل إلى نحو 5% من قيمة المعاملة.
Refund Policy
Cancelling a subscription involves no cancellation fee. If more than 14 days have passed since the transaction date, a refund fee of up to approximately 5% of the transaction amount may apply.
דין חל
תנאים אלה כפופים לדיני מדינת ישראל. כל מחלוקת תתברר בערכאות המוסמכות בישראל, בכפוף להוראות דין מחייבות החלות על המשתמש.
القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة إسرائيل. ويُنظر في أي نزاع أمام المحاكم المختصة في إسرائيل، مع مراعاة الأحكام الإلزامية المطبقة على المستخدم.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute will be heard before the competent courts in Israel, subject to mandatory provisions of law applicable to the user.
